- Ironing must be received in a suitable bag, with hangers supplied as necessary.
- Minimum service is charged at £18.
- A deposit may be requested for large amounts of ironing.
- Free collection/delivery service is within a 5 mile radius of Hartshill, Nuneaton.
- Payment in full is due on delivery of completed ironing.
- Any claim for loss or damage must be made within 24 hours.
- In the case of loss or damage The Crease Monkey will be only liable for the 'second hand' value of an item.
